I am a woman on a mission to challenge the status quo and the boundaries of what is possible! I am approaching life from a standpoint of curiosity and experiment mindset to challenge my own thoughts about the world around me. I am a mother of two amazing teenage boys, a wife to a hardworking and loving firefighter/entrepreneur and a mama to my fur babies Marshall, Sassy and Vinny. I have a fulltime career in Human Resources/Health & Safety within the Automotive Industry and have worked tirelessly to find balance between career, motherhood, being a wife, businesswoman and optimizing my health. While all of these create challenges, the largest challenge has been myself! Since I was a little girl I have always questioned the world around me and that has not stopped yet! When I am not spending time with my family or watching my boys play sports, you will find me learning about new topics that challenge my own thought process, reading, listening to podcasts, writing and connecting with others!
